For full refunds/returns:
- Tags must still be on
- Product must be in new condition
- Purchase must be within 14 days of receipt date for full refund.
- If the receipt is past 14 days but has not exceeded 30 days, we will give you store credit on a gift-card.
- If you've lost your receipt but are in our customer database, the return will still be honored as if you had a receipt.
We do not accept:
- Merchandise without tags
- Items where the packages have already been opened
- Items with receipts past 30 days of purchase
